I am SORE! Johnald and I started going to the gym five days a week for an hour a day and man, I'm sore. I felt fine yesterday but today a personal trainer worked with me for a while and WHEW: it was tough. He's working with me tomorrow for a full hour (for free). I'm terrified. Johnald did his personal trainer hour today and he wound up working so hard he puked. I'm scared! Just the short time I had a trainer today was tough. I was already tired from running a mile then biking up hill for an hour and then doing other various work outs, then he walked up and made me do some TOUGH stomache workouts. I'm scared for tomorrow, and I'm SORE!
Other then that, New Years was great. We had a lot of fun.
I've been working a ton on the wedding stuff lately. The wedding is only 5.5 months away and I feel like there is still soooo much to do. I'm trying to get my mommy to help me with my guest list but she's dang near impossible to get to come over and focus with me. She's a social butterfly. Let alone NONE of my girls have there dresses yet! The guys already know what they're doing and just need to purchase them; but us girls are way behind. Hope it all gets done soon.
Rich's MRI was finally cleared, thank goodness. He's been back at work but has been in far too much pain to stay the whole day through. It's been rough on him. Hopefully with a MRI we get some answers.
Well, welcome to 2009 all and hope it's a great one. It's a busy one for me, and apparently a sore one!

When I first started exercising I was really sore but it goes away...I still have to choose my dress for Rachel's wedding since I'm the matron of honor...and it's in a really fancy church! I'm not good with dressing up :) You still have a good amount of time so don't stress yourself
ReplyDeletemaymay i am so proud of you! going to the gym takes such motivation and here you are,going every day. really wish i could say the same for myself. I read that you're stressed about the dresses. I have an idea. When i have a bit of free time, i'm going to try to find a website with a bunch of dresses and I'll pick out a bunch of black ones and send them to you, and you can start giving me and the girls feedback about what you want for us. it'll be fun! i love you so much.
